She's been with The Brass Rail longer than most and when you meet her, you'll be uber-glad she's working your party. Fiercely loyal, Dawn works fast + efficiently at every event, never stopping until everyone is happy, and everything is left better than she found it.
Logan, Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef

With decades of restaurant/catering experience, Logan often cooks all or a majority of the food for our off-site events. He is meticulous and ensures that all catering orders are served fresh and delicious, no matter the time of day. He's also a grilling machine!
